We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while also protecting the viability of our small, family-run hotel. All cancellation requests must be received in writing.
1How to Cancel Your Reservation
To cancel your reservation, please contact us directly by email at info@arinnacappadocia.com or by phone at +90 538 333 33 77. Please include your booking reference number and the name under which the reservation was made. Cancellations made through third-party booking platforms are subject to that platform's own cancellation policies, which may differ from those stated here.
2No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the full cost of the reservation will be charged. A no-show is treated as a cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival. If you anticipate a delay in arrival, please contact us as early as possible.
3Early Departure
If you choose to check out before your scheduled departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge you for the full original booking period. Early departures are treated similarly to last-minute cancellations unless agreed otherwise in writing with the hotel management.
4Modifications to Reservations
Changes to your reservation dates are subject to availability and the applicable rate at the time of modification. If you wish to change your booking dates, please contact us as soon as possible. Date changes made within 7 days of arrival may be subject to the same terms as cancellations, depending on circumstances.
5Special & Non-Refundable Rates
Certain promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable regardless of the notice period. These rates will be clearly marked at the time of booking. We recommend carefully reviewing the rate conditions before completing your reservation.
6Force Majeure Cancellations
In exceptional circumstances beyond the guest's control — such as natural disasters, government travel bans, or serious illness supported by a doctor's note — Arinna Cappadocia will work with guests to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling the stay or issuing a credit note. Each case is evaluated individually.
7Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days from the date of confirmed cancellation. Refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
