Terms and conditions that apply to all reservations at Arinna Cappadocia Cave Hotel.

By making a reservation at Arinna Cappadocia Cave Hotel, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
1Reservation & Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Arinna Cappadocia Cave Hotel. Prices quoted at the time of booking are fixed and will not change after confirmation unless due to a genuine error. We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations at our discretion.
2Room Rates & Inclusions
All room rates are quoted in Euros (€) and include daily breakfast served on our panoramic terrace, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, complimentary parking, and 24-hour front desk assistance. Rates do not include optional activities, airport transfers, or personal expenses unless explicitly stated in your confirmation.
3Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon arrival. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cash in Turkish Lira or Euros. A valid credit card may be required to hold your reservation. For direct bank transfer, payment must be received at least 5 business days prior to arrival.
4Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out is 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please notify us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements for your arrival.
5Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel's property during their stay. Arinna Cappadocia reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any damages incurred. Guests are expected to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel and the privacy of other guests. Excessive noise after 22:00 is not permitted.
6Special Requests
Special requests (honeymoon setup, room preferences, dietary requirements, etc.) are noted and forwarded to the relevant department, but cannot be guaranteed. Room assignments are made at the discretion of the hotel based on availability at the time of check-in.
7Hotel's Right to Refuse
Arinna Cappadocia Cave Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest whose behaviour may affect the comfort, safety, or wellbeing of other guests or staff, or who fails to comply with hotel policies.
8Liability
Arinna Cappadocia Cave Hotel is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings. A safe is provided in each room for valuables. We recommend guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to their stay.
9Force Majeure
Arinna Cappadocia Cave Hotel shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or acts of God.
10Governing Law
These Booking Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nevşehir, Turkey.
